A 36-year-old woman has been arrested for domestic violence, in the municipality of Albufeira after using scissors to attack her partner, inflicting several blows on vital parts of her body.
During an investigation into domestic violence, the military found that "the suspect threatened to kill and physically assaulted the victim, her 36-year-old partner."
After police investigations, an arrest warrant was carried out.
The detainee was present at the Judicial Court of Portimão yesterday, and was subject to a ban on contact with the victim and to move out of the victim's residence, controlled by an electronic bracelet.
