COVID-19: VACCINATION SELF-SCHEDULING FOR 12 TO 17 YEAR OLDS IS NOW OPEN - August 19th to 21st.

During those 3 days, self-scheduling of those aged 18 and over is suspended (August 19th and 21st).
If you have a UTENTE number, to self schedule an appointment to have the Covid vaccination after August 21st (18+ only) visit:
You will need your utente (portuguese national health system ) number.
If you DO NOT have a utente number, to self schedule an appointment to have the Covid vaccination after August 21st (18+ only) visit:
You can request your Digital Covid Vaccination Certificate 14 days after completing the vaccination program.
