A 37 year old man was seriously injured yesterday in an accident at work, following the overturning of the crawler machine he was driving.
A source from the Baixo Alentejo Sub-Regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command said that the alert for the accident, which occurred in Serra Morena, in São Barnabé, was given at 17:05, and the man was transported in an INEM helicopter to Faro hospital.
The Authority for Working Conditions (ACT) was contacted to find out the circumstances in which the accident occurred.
