A 20 year old cyclist died yesterday night, after a collision with a car on the EN125, in Faro.
The accident occurred at kilometer 104.7 of the EN 125, towards Faro Airport / Olhão.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and awaited the arrival of authorities. The alert was given at 22.50. Traffic was restricted for several hours, causing long queues.
The accident is being investigated by the Faro GNR Traffic Detachment.
