Police have arrested a 47 year old man, due to strong evidence of the crime of rape, against a 71 year old foreign citizen, in a massage center in Quarteira.The victim reported the incident and was examined, enabling the Judicial Police to collect evidence, allowing the arrest of the alleged perpetrator.
