A 16 year old boy was injured after his bicycle collided with a car yesterday evening, on Rua da Pedra in Portimão.
The accident occurred on the main road in Pedra Mourinha, Rua da Pedra, at around 7:33 pm Monday evening.
Twelve members of the Portimão Volunteer Firefighters, the National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM) and the Public Security Police (PSP) were dispatched to the scene to help the injured young man.
He was transported to the Barlavento Hospital, with minor injuries. The driver of the car suffered no injuries.
