Hôma, Rádio Popular, Action, JYSK, Tiendanimal, Centroxogo, Seaside, Fábrica dos Óculos and KiK are now open, but Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Burger King and Delta have not yet opened.
Visitors to the shopping area will also not be able to fill up their cars, as the Prio gas station has not yet been built.
The same goes for the supermarket. In fact, there is still no official confirmation, but everything indicates that it will be Mercadona store.
One of the companies that made the biggest financial investment in the park is Leroy Merlin. According to one of its managers, Jorge Neves,more than €9.3 million were invested in two stores, Leroy Merlin and Naterial.
This also meant increasing the number of employees, which currently stands at 115, said store director Mónica Penilo.
The Nova Vila Retail Park in Portimão is located in the Chão das Donas area, next to the EN125, where the old retail park burned down in 2012. It covers around 23,000 m2 costing around €20 million euros, and creating around two hundred jobs.
