As the old English saying goes – The proof of the pudding is in the eating! Delighted couple, Mike and Betty Stinton sold their Algarve property after just three weeks of it being featured as Meravista.com’s Property of the Week.

Mike and Betty Stinton’s stunning home in Carvoeiro was first listed for sale on Meravista.com at the end of March 2015. The blog post was also shared via social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest as well as promoted in the Algarve Daily News.
The spacious four bedroom villa caught the eye of Swedish property hunters Mikael Strömbäck and Susann Berglund, as they searched for their ideal Algarve property on Meravista.com. On 8 May, the buyers and sellers signed the Promissory Contract, with the exchange planned this summer.

The Stintons were overjoyed at making such a quick sale.
