On Monday 27th of April, the Algarve Senior Bikers were delighted to receive a visit from their most distant member - Madeleine Marques from Canada.
Madeleine has been an ASB member for many years and, when in the Algarve, rents a bike and joins us for a ride through the beautiful Algarve countryside.
This time, at short notice, I was able to put together a tour through the hills around Monchique and arranged lunch at Restaurant Sol e Serra, in Marmelete. Twenty three riders joined the ride and look forward to seeing Madeleine again in the near future.
