Quoting Peter Booker:
Semester is a strange word in this context, Ed. Strictly speaking, it seems to have an academic meaning, and usually in the US it means a term of 15 weeks. In this piece, does it mean six months, or half a year?

Hi Peter, yes semester in this case represented a 6 month period, but to avoid confusion I have updated the article :-)

Hmm... will each applicant also state how many millions they got from European grants and their nationalities? Pres. Micron's current nonsensical Inequality campaign for the G7 as the figurehead of yet another Greco-Roman country that is race blind is just an empty gesture. Without race awareness and logging winners and losers due to differences such religion, age, ethnicity, disability etc the original core dream of Equality in the EU is meaningless.
