During the early hours of the morning, the Maritime Police of Lagos shut down an illegal party with more than 200 people at Praia dos Estudantes, in Lagos, having seized three loudspeakers and several alcoholic beverages.
According to a statement made by the Maritime Police, "the party was detected at 02:00, during a patrol action by the Maritime Police, which immediately moved to the scene and interrupted the party, with people dispersing from the site when the police arrived".
On site, the Maritime Police identified one of the presumed organizers, a German man, and also seized three column speakers and alcoholic beverages, as a precautionary measure.
