The Portimão PSP arrested a 34 year old man again this week, for drug trafficking Portimão and Lagoa. This arrest took place following an investigation carried out over the last few months.
Several indications showed that the accused was drug trafficking again, even though his previous conviction resulted in him in having to make periodic presentations at the Police Station. The Portimão Criminal Investigation Station said, “the suspect had not ceased with his criminal conduct, which culminated in a new arrest for the commission of the same crime”.
During these two arrests, relevant evidence was seized including 530 doses of heroin, 92 doses of cocaine and 5,300 euros in cash.
The detainee was again presented before the Criminal Investigation Judge, and he was ordered to be held in custody, while awaiting trial.
