An 18- year old man was injured early yesterday evening in Portimão, as a result of a collision between the electric bicycle he was riding and a car.
The alert for the accident on the EN124, near the Barlavento Hospital, was given at 6:46 pm, with a total of 8 members of the Portimão Fire Department, INEM and PSP dispatched to the scene to help.
The young man, who luckily only suffered minor injuries, was taken to the hospital. The driver of the car was not injured.
