Mark Kiely, a 39 year old and from County Donegal, Ireland has been missing since 2:00AM on Saturday the 16th of August, last seen around the Old Town area of Albufeira (near beach tunnel).
He was wearing cream shorts and a light green polo shirt when he went missing.
A report has been filed with the local Portuguese police (GNR in Albufeira), but friends and family are appealing for any public assistance.
