The ASA rules that the claim is “misleading” as the stores carry some goods costing more.

Scott Kelly, 33, was on the run after having spent seven years in prison for the attempted murder of Stephen Rank during an argument in an Exeter pub. Once on probation last October, Kelly left the bail hostel where he was obliged to stay and then vanished.

Legionella found in Almodôvar water supply

legionellaA strain of the deadly Legionella bacteria has been detected in the public drinking water supply in the Alentejo town of Almodôvar, but the risk to the public "is not considered serious," the council assured a suspicious public.

In a statement issued today, Almodôvar council explained that the Legionella spp bacteria had been detected in one of the reservoirs of the water supply system last Friday, after a water quality analysis undertaken by Águas Públicas do Alentejo.

IMF fears recovery is “weak”
