Former World Number One Lee Westwood and fellow past champion Andy Sullivan will tee it up alongside compatriot Eddie Pepperell at Dom Pedro Victoria Golf Course when the Portugal Masters returns to Vilamoura from October 24-27. Defending champion Tom Lewis and history-maker Oliver Fisher have confirmed they will return to Dom Pedro Victoria Golf Course in Vilamoura for this year’s Portugal Masters, from October 24-27.

The 26-year-old posted a closing six under par round of 66 on a scorching hot day in the Algarve to reach 15 under par and secure a two-stroke victory ahead of Spain’s Sebastian Garcia Rodriguez, who finished second on 13 under par, with Italy’s Francesco Laporta and Austria’s Martin Wiegele two shots further back in tied third on 11 under par.
Henric Sturehed birdied three of his last four holes to lead the 57th Open de Portugal @ Morgado Golf Resort by one stroke at the end of the first day, Thursday Sept 12th.
The Swede carded eight birdies and two bogeys to sign for a six under par 66, one shot clear of Aaron Cockerill, Christopher Mivis and Adrian Meronk, who all signed for rounds of 67 to share second place.
